Bliss Bits 1/23/2015

This week’s batch of Bliss Bits is a little later than usual, mostly because I had a last minute solo road trip to Bozeman this week. (When one of your dearest friends has been living in the Middle East and travels 52 hours to be in Montana for a few days, you make the 7 hour drive.) Before and after my short time with Sarah, I had a lot of time in the car to ponder the year ahead (and sing loudly to 80s music). Do you remember to pause and recognize the (many) good things in life? Here are some of mine this week.

I tried a new biscuit recipe…and put fried chicken on them. Stay tuned.

Apparently, chicken biscuits pack well for mid-ski snacks!
