Bliss bits 10/23.

It’s BLISS BITS Wednesday!

For some reason, this week has felt very long. It’s been a good mixture of togetherness and solo time, of being busy and having time to fill. I’m extraordinarily nostalgic, due to my first wedding anniversary coming up. I’ve been recalling the chaotic bliss that filled each day this time last year…and feeling so grateful for every day since. Here are a few things that made me smile this week.

  1. Had to comment because earlier today I was telling a friend that this week felt really long to me and she said she felt the same. Also, I bought a butternut squash yesterday to make one of my favorite soups- potato peeler is the absolute best way to deal with the tough skin on those bad boys. I spent over an hour in Barnes and Noble Monday adding too many books to my Christmas wish list. The funniest thing is, this morning, I found a sweet little lady bug hanging out on my front door. Crazy how similar our week has been!
