A Beautiful Mess.

If you’re even slightly active in the blogging community, you’re familiar with the lovely ladies of A Beautiful Mess.

Elsie and Emma have got it going on. Since I discovered A Beautiful Mess, I’ve been inspired daily. Simple, fresh recipes. Adorable vintage style for days. Endless creativity. They make it feel easy to create a beautiful life, whatever that means to you. And if you’re on Instagram, you’ve seen the results of their fun photo edit app!

One of my favorite features on A Beautiful Mess is the “At Home With…” series. Every type of sweet abode has been showcased, from all over the world. The voyeur in me loves a peek into the lives of others, to see what’s meaningful and personal to them. This series is a fabulous reminder that “style” means something different to each of us. The most beautiful homes are the ones that truly reflect the hearts of the people who live in them.

Since moving into our new home in February of 2012, John and I have enjoyed piecing together a comfortable and welcoming space. As newlyweds, it’s the setting in which we’re building our life together. I’m not sure how I missed it yesterday, but it’s an absolute pleasure to have the Casa de Howe featured on A Beautiful Mess.

  1. Major congrats, Amber! I was so excited to see your name in my inbox from the Beautiful Mess gals. You’ve got a stunning home, and it’s high time the rest of the world saw it 🙂

    1. Thanks, Jorie! We feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to build a home together here in Park City. It’s always going to be a work in progress (what isn’t?!), but that’s part of the fun.
