It’s BLISS BITS Wednesday!
Thanks to those who commented on yesterday’s post. I fully believe one can be REAL while focusing on the positive. These weekly Bliss Bits posts are a great example: this is my life, and I’m recognizing the good stuff in every day. Take a peek.
I reached a mini-milestone on the blog this week- 300 followers!
We saw the legendary Tony Bennett with my folks under the stars.
The first fire in the fire pit!
John makes fabulous salmon/tomato breakfast bagels.
The big summer event in Park City!
Every morning, she crawls up the bed for a snuzzle. Every single morning.
A quiet morning with coffee and magazines. Heaven.
Mid-morning deck nap.
I love John’s photos from his bike rides. What a view!
He stops riding to take photos of flowers for me.
We had our annual viewing of the movie, “Miracle.” John sobbed. Again.
I can’t believe it’s already been 8 months since my initials changed.
The diving practice is going well.
This is a new tennis ball-stalking tactic. She thinks she is invisible.
Yummy baked Greek shrimp is always a hit!
The view from the living room.
SOME of the garden is happily growing! (Some parts froze. In late June. Sigh.)
Tulips on their last day are still stunning.
We’re having a huge party. I made adult popsicles! Stay tuned.
Project Reduce Gluten’s night off was basically awesome.
The morning sky after a stormy evening.
This was weird.
Delicious chicken burrito filling!
Under the bed is her comfort zone.
This morning’s view from the porch.
You know. Just the usual bliss.

I love how Cholula sleeps under the bed… Dottie used to do that until we got a new bed and she won’t fit… oops!
She BARELY fits, and only under one side! Little chubster!
Love Cholula’s stalking…ahahaha so cute. Can’t wait to hear about your big party! Adult popsicles sound right up my alley.
She is ridiculous!
The popsicles may be a bust if they don’t freeze up, but there will be plenty of other food and drink… yay, fiesta!
I don’t always comment but I do always scroll through your bliss bits. They always make me smile and remind me how great the simple bits are. 🙂
Thank you so much for reading! It’s always nice to have a reminder to enjoy the small stuff.
Someone is getting some good naps in – ha! Happy Week:)
