It’s BLISS BITS Wednesday!
Summer feels busy– one little good thing after another little good thing. Quoting Ferris: “If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it!” Here are my favorite itty bits of the last week.
Thank you, Ryan Gosling, for making laundry day bearable.
Green neighborhood.
We finally hung art in our guest room!
I made killer BBQ sauce from scratch.
It went REALLY well on these brisket sammies!
Shiny happy flowers.
We replaced some tomato plants that got too cold. Crossed fingers!
The lettuce, however, is delighted with its garden home.
I love an excuse to pay tribute to this guy.
Evidence of a nap.
These roses match my kitchen.
A teeny, tiny pitcher of lemonade at my pedicure salon.
My first homemade tortilla!
We made brisket tacos with them. HELLO.
My article on The Elephant Journal has been viewed 2,600 times!
A big stack of Act the Way You Want to Feel stickers arrived!
I’m not a pink person, but how pretty is this?
John steals shots like this at least once a week. Cholula = bed hog.
I water veggies and herbs in my pajamas sometimes.
Who cares about the kale salad?
We went to the World Cup qualifier game last night!
The USA won! Go, America!
Party beads and big smiles.
Wise words from 1917.
I believe in therapy AND a dog’s love!
The joys of summer.
You know. Just the usual bliss.

I love that vintage food poster, not to mention dog therapy… my personal favorite as well!
My dog is really the best ego boost there is! 🙂
Beautiful Post – the Good Life Indeed – PLUS Dog Therapy – BONUS!!! Have a Great Day:)
Dog therapy. LOVE! To hell with psycho analysis when you have a loyal furry companion! I love the food poster, back when all of things were important for the war effort. Not sure why we have even gotten away from it, would really like to see us get back (I’m doing my part!).
The date on that food poster is irrelevant, don’t you think? Makes so much sense. Dog therapy!!
