The fact that I missed a Bliss Bits post last week tells me that life is happily full! “Full” can sometimes mean “stressful,” and I’m certainly victim to that now and then. There are just some days when stopping to smell the roses is going to make you late. I love putting together these posts to remind myself of all of the things that bring me joy on a day-to-day basis. Here’s a June catch-up of bliss!
The antlers I found have a new home on our outdoor bar.
Cholula loves Lakota.
Leslie sent me some smiles via mail! So cute.
Four Elements Farm is a slice of Heaven.
Strolling through the garden, snacking off of the vine with a couple of four-year olds.
Best friends.
The view from the kitchen window is so green!
Cowboy steak cobb salad with homemade ranch dressing.
The Summer of Music started with Ryan Adams on a lovely summer night!
So simple. So delicious.
So obsessed with this old homestead down the road.
Sashimi party!
She’s my little wildflower.
YES.
A post-dinner stroll with my man.
Lilacs linger longer in Park City
The veggie garden is coming soon!
Cholula’s favorite summer activity: hunting on the back hill.
Peek-a-boo!
We threw some shrimp on the barbie!
Look how happy John gets about grilled pizza night!
I was utterly spoiled with a long spa day this week.
John is pretty stoked…
Right?!
On this day last year, I was hiking with my brother, Matt!
Two years ago, we watched the USA win the FIFA World Cup Qualifier.
Three years ago, we had no landscaping, Cholula was always leashed, and it was Father’s Day.
Four years ago, Grandpa and Edie met Betty on her maiden voyage!
And last night, we were treated to a stunning (double) rainbow.
You know. Just the usual bliss.
