Perpetual time warp! I went to the outlet stores near my house yesterday (to buy my giant baby bigger clothes AGAIN) and it was packed with back-to-school shoppers. The temps are dipping into the 40s at night this week. On my hike yesterday, I swear I saw some leaves changing color. Is fall really on its way already? Life just keeps on a-rollin’ for the Howe family. Oden is 6 months old today and his list of “firsts” is growing: first roll-over from front to back, first foods, first road trip. Some days are so difficult that I welcome their end, but it’s surprising how quickly time seems to be passing these days. Note to self: Stop and soak it in. This moment, however hard or glorious, will be gone in a flash…
Here are some late-summer smiles!
