It’s BLISS BITS Wednesday!
Doesn’t it feel good to be HOME after a long trip? This week has been about settling back in to our routine, enjoying everyday life, and playing a lot- summertime style. There were a lot of little things to smile about- look!
Sometimes I turn around from my desk and see this. Ridiculous.
Salads from our garden, every day!
Park City has been enjoying afternoon storms. The wind was crazy one day!
I still can’t believe how easy and delish these Bon Appetit skewers were!
‘Tis the season for outdoor concerts at Red Butte Garden.
On Friday, our minds were blown by Rodrigo y Gabriela. Listen.
Sunset from the amphitheater!
Busy Bee, tucked into my bed.
Police blotters in Park City are serious. (Also: great name.)
A lazy Saturday morning in bed with the paper.
On Sunday, John kept me out of the kitchen while he made me this surprise breakfast.
There were amazing rainbows one evening, seen by all of SLC and PC!
We revisited the Mormon Flat trail. No porcupine sightings this time!
I made this deliciousness again- this time with bell pepper, zucchini, and shiitakes.
I also made chocolate chip oatmeal coconut cookies. HELLO.
Our backyard is super colorful right now!
On Monday, we saw David Byrne and St. Vincent. Amazing!
The sky looked like this all night, but only a couple of raindrops fell.
I went treasure hunting yesterday. This is the yellow section.
A break in last night’s HUGE thunderstorm.
This pile of FUNGI turned into a scrumptious wild mushroom pasta.
You know. Just the usual bliss.

Have to say your pup looks BLISSED OUT – ha! Beautiful Captures – Happy Day:)
She. Is. Spoiled.
We saw that David Byrne and St. Vincent show here in L.A. last fall at the Greek. Loved it!
He’s so funny to watch dance!
I ALWAYS look forward to Bliss Bits! This week I’m dying over your fabulous colorful patio and that yummy breakfast your sweet husband made you:)
It was delish- and he seriously banned me from the kitchen for “a surprise”- so cute.
