OMG Tobi. That’s my alternate dream life! I wish I could find something like that in Ennis. Oh, and property on the river nearby….
That would be ideal! It would be hard to stay open in the winter though. I would love to own a little community coffee shop or cafe #dreamjob! Bozeman is already over-saturated with coffee shops….Oh well, maybe someday. I have a random question for you…Can you see my post from today in your reader? I don’t think it is showing up. Kinda weird.
I’ve always wanted to own a coffee/treat shop in a small town where I pour coffee and bake treats for regulars. Such a life.

I’ve had people say that the reader dropped me from their reading list- like unfollowed my blog, unbeknownst to the person! The reader isn’t ideal…

Mmm…. oven baked fries, yum! We make them every couple of weeks or so. How did yours turn out?
I need to let them get crispier next time- they were thick enough that they were still kind of soft. I like a bit more crunch!
I have been craving a proper caprese in the WORST way. Did you just make that one this week, or are you dreaming of tomato season? If you DID just make it, where on earth did you acquire those rich, red tomatoes?!
Our local Whole Foods had some pretty tomatoes. They were delicious but nothing like the true local in-season ones. It was a yummy preview, though!
