Summertime livin’ is easy around here (if you call being sleep-deprived “easy”). This time of year, we eat differently (grill it up!) and dress differently (less is more!). The house and yard are colorful and breezy and comfortable. Weeds and non-weeds are thriving! Shoes are optional. Al fresco everything is the norm, whether it’s happy hour on the patio or a hike under the shady pines. Cholula spends her time outside stalking chipmunks, bunnies, and bees. Oden’s smiles lead me to believe he is already a fan of life outdoors, which warms my heart like the summer sun. These are the days I wait for all year long.
