Well, I haven’t been experimenting in the kitchen much lately- we’ve been munching on tried-and-true summer dishes. My hikes are familiar- lovely, but nothing new. We haven’t done any traveling, haven’t adventured anywhere exciting. Day in, day out. Life is pretty much in a comfortable holding pattern at the moment, but that isn’t a bad thing. Even when there’s nothing all that exciting going on, we’ve got it good. I don’t take the down time for granted- it’s rare in our lives! There are so many things to smile about. See?
