It’s BLISS BITS Wednesday!
It’s good to be home (even though it snowed here this morning)! My week was filled with old friends, lots of laughs, California sunshine, and many little happy moments. Let me share them with you!
The owners of our San Fran vaca rental must have been warned about me.
Heart attack on Chestnut.
Starting my day by peeking into others’ urban gardens.
Produce! Produce! Produce!
I made eggs one morning.
Strolling by Fort Mason en route to Fisherman’s Wharf.
The biggest lobster I’ve ever seen was on the wrong coast!
If cioppino is on the menu, I’ll order it 10 out of 10 times. YUM.
These little beauties were for rent all over the place! Drool…
Teensy baby shoes make me squeal.
Theme of the week: flowers and sunshine.
One of the many things I’d have purchased if I had more room in my suitcase.
My sweet hubby sent me updates from home all week long.
Holly and I wore sundresses. Mandy was cold the entire time. (She lives on Maui.)
Footwear for power shopping.
A word rainbow at the Treasure Island Flea Market.
Need a fedora?
More things I would have made MINE if I had space to tote them home.
Texts from home: dozing while begging.
City hipster pooches.
Cookie dough sushi roll? Brilliant!
Chipotle Bloody Mary at the Tipsy Pig. I had two.
Warm sunset smiles on the rooftop!
Holly accessing said rooftop. So worth it!
Bin 38 cheese board and truffle fries.
Part Two of my Cali adventure begins: lunch with Nancy at the Park Chalet!
The view from a haunted distillery.
Nancy and I pretending not to be looking for/freaked out by the ghost.
Inside this garden, wine-tasting and bocci ball awaited us.
Sydney won! Bocci princess.
Happy hour entertainment: Martha Moth, read by Sydney.
Park City. Bozeman. So Cal.
They don’t call it Redwood City for nothin’.
Another thing I should have brought home with me.
An afternoon on the beach in Santa Cruz. Yay, new freckles!
Syd and I are both ecstatic in our own ways.
Purely for medicinal purposes.
I sure did miss that EAR.
You know. Just the usual bliss.
**Stay tuned for a Cali trip recap!**
Loving your captures and adventures:) Question for you – who did you use for a rental? Going to San Fran next month and trying to find a place to stay – hotel or rental. Thanks! Have a Great Day:)
My friends found the rental through VRBO. It was nice to have a full kitchen and living space, which we wouldn’t have had in a hotel. The area we were in was the Marina.
Thanks – have to check it out! With multiple people sometimes a rental is a better option.
Lovely! Thanks for the sunshine 🙂
Any time! We both need a lot of it this time of year…!
It is not your first, and certainly won’t be your last, but your blog is a ray of sunshine so I’ve nominated you for yet another well-deserved Liebster Award. Keep it up!
