2017 Goals

Each year, I try to set some reasonable goals for myself- not necessarily resolutions, but general concepts and habits I’d like to incorporate into my life. After a trying end to 2016, my intention for 2017 is to focus on three simple things: my health, my family, and finding more joy. Here are some ideas I have to address these things. Follow along this year to see how I do! (Read my 2016 recap here.)

 Try to read one book per month.

  • January: The Invention of Wings, Sue Monk Kidd

Do yoga and go to Pilates classes.

Go on two dates per month.

Sunday night dinner and check-in.

Weekly meal planning.

Make time for and schedule play dates and family play dates.

Travel.

Continue to share the things we love with Oden.
