Each year, I try to set some reasonable goals for myself- not necessarily resolutions, but general concepts and habits I’d like to incorporate into my life. After a trying end to 2016, my intention for 2017 is to focus on three simple things: my health, my family, and finding more joy. Here are some ideas I have to address these things. Try to read one book per month.
- January: The Invention of Wings, Sue Monk Kidd
Do yoga and go to Pilates classes.
Go on two dates per month.
Spring Trail Hike, January 22
Burgers & Bourbon, February 11
Try a new family activity.
Cross-country skiing with Oden in the sled- CHECK!
Sunday night dinner and check-in.
Weekly meal planning.
Make time for and schedule play dates and family play dates.
Continue to share the things we love with Oden.
